- Integrated Media Training (IMT)
It is the basic, one-day Media Training, involving a half-a-day theoretical session and a half-a-day practical session including exercises and critiques - Advanced Media Training (AMT)
This training lasts 2 days, the first day involves the Integrated Media Training and the second day provides simulation scenarios. - Flash Media Training /Emergency Media Training (EMT)
A “last minute” training session, that requires quick reaction and set-up. Appropriate only for crisis management situations. - Media Training Executive Weekend
Training and practical induction seminar for executives. It is given on a weekend, out of town, as if it was a vacation package. - Media Training MBA Student Workshop (MTS)
Training module offered to universities, focused on students of the Master’s degree program. - Online Media Training (OMT)
Internet- based online training.
Crisis Simulation involves a laboratory, in which the participants develop awareness, and become prepared to handle potentially critical situations in their organization. In some cases the crisis management plans previously developed by the company are tested.
The participants face conditions similar to dealing with the press (and other audiences of interest) under adverse time conditions, and limitations to respond to the simulated situations.
In Key Message Delivering the participants develop the ability to effectively identify, design, and manage key messages; a skill that has become a need for spokespeople nowadays.
The participants receive a training that is focused on designing appropriate key messages for their organization, both in the corporate area and for specific issues.
Successful use of internet Media
It is focused on training the executive to use virtual communication tools, and social networks facing the requirements of the internet-based media: online media, blogs, social networks, and other techniques for information distribution and virtual interaction.
Through Public Speaking Skills the participants acquire theoretical knowledge on this field and are exposed to practical scenarios, which allow them to develop techniques to fulfill their communication objectives.
These trainings include, among other topics:
- Oral expression, and non-verbal communication
- Stage and audience management
- Persuasive communication
The regional service” Immersion” is focused on the induction of the executive into the cultural, political, and economical reality of a Latin American country or region, including aspects such as:
- Idiosyncrasy
- Values
- Politics
- Culture
- Media
